Frequently Asked Questions
1.	Is there a minimum order? Screen printing: min. 24 pcs. Embroidery: min. 6 pcs. There are price breaks for orders at 24, 48, 72, 144, 288, 576, etc. Please contact us for more information.
2.	How long will it take to receive my order? Please allow 5 working business days for production once artwork has been approved.
3.	Delivery time varies depending on your geographical location. Need your order within a week? No problem, rush services are available. We will do whatever it takes to ensure timely delivery of your garments. Call today!
4.	Can you match PMS colors for screen printing? PMS colors are designed for paper ink to be placed on white stock. You may indicate what PMS color you would like and make one of two choices: • Choose a stock t-shirt and ink color that is close to the PMS color. • We will do our best to PMS color match, but understand it cannot be guaranteed to be exact on a textile, especially if it is not screen printed on white.
5.	How do I know the correct print dimensions? Pride Promotions largest print dimension is 13" tall OR wide, however the standard t-shirt print is 10.5". Print dimensions are really dependent on the location and detail of the design. Our art department can help you size your design for the look you are trying to achieve.
6.	What happens if the color of ink isn't exactly what I viewed online? Ink colors may vary depending on your computer monitor. The colors will be close, possibly varying by a shade or tint of a color.
